PST to PDF converter — turn a mail archive into one PDF

Drop a .pst file, check the messages, then click Export all with the PDF format selected. Every message is laid out — subject, sender, date, body, attachment names — into a single PDF that downloads straight from your browser. No upload, ever.

Your files never leave your device — everything is parsed locally in your browser.

How it works

1

Drop your .pst file

The archive is parsed locally in this tab — nothing is uploaded. Browse the folders first to confirm everything is there.

2

Pick the PDF format

In the export row below the viewer, choose "PDF document". The free button exports the first 10 messages; "Export all" covers the whole mailbox (license).

3

Get one readable PDF

Each message starts on its own page: subject, from/to/date headers, the body as clean text, and the names of its attachments. Long messages flow over as many pages as they need.

Simple pricing

The viewer and 10-message exports are free. A one-time license unlocks unlimited exports.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert PST to PDF?

Drop the .pst file into the box above, let it parse, then select "PDF document" in the export row and click "Export all". The PDF is assembled in your browser and downloads directly — no upload, no account, no Outlook.

What does the exported PDF look like?

One section per message, starting on its own page: a bold subject line, From/To/Cc/Date and folder, then the body as wrapped plain text, then the names of any attachments. HTML mail is flattened to readable text.

Are attachments embedded in the PDF?

Attachment names are listed under each message so the record is complete; the files themselves are not embedded (PDF has no standard for that). Extract attachments separately — singly from an open message for free, or in bulk with a license.

Can I convert a large archive?

Mailboxes of thousands of messages convert fine — messages render one by one with a live progress dialog, and memory is freed continuously. The PDF engine covers Latin text natively; for archives dominated by CJK text, export EML or MBOX instead (full-fidelity formats).

What's free and what does a license unlock?

Free: the first 10 messages of the mailbox exported to PDF (and every other format), as often as you like — plus unlimited viewing. A one-time license (3-month $14.99 or lifetime $29.99) exports the whole mailbox and unlocks bulk attachments and cross-folder search.

Is my mail uploaded anywhere?

No. The .pst is parsed and the PDF is built entirely by JavaScript in your browser tab — the data never crosses the network. Verify it in the Network tab: the only requests are page loads, an anonymous usage counter, and license validation for paid users.
